Columbia Supremo, Screen 18-19
From some of the finest farms in Columbia, Sweet enjoyable milds roasted Medium and French. Fine as a "straight coffee" or blended with other fine Arabicas. Large bean, large on taste, excellent daily coffee.

Costa Rica La Rosa\El Tucan Estate; Tarrazzu Strictly Hard Bean Only
These highest grown estate coffees re some of the prized in the world. The higher beans are grown, the harder the bean and the richer the coffee allowing the roaster to bring out a far superior taste to hard bean or lower grown Costa Ricans. This coffee is very mild with a hint of "grassy flavor" a characteristic of fine Costa Rican Coffees. Roasted Medium, very smooth, light flavor. Excellent straight or blended with Arabicas of any kind.

Guatemala Antigua, Strictly Hard Bean
Again, the highest grown, and the Antiguas are the finest. This is one of the roasters favorites and slightly higher in price and well worth it. Roasted Medium-Dark to bring out richness and quality.

Mexican Altura, High Grown, Shade coffees
Very good straight, excellent blended and flavored. Overlooked as one of the best medium price coffees of the world. 100% Arabica, high grown (shade), very good body and blends well with Arabicas and Robustas. We roast these medium generally, but sometimes French roast as well. Great flavor, superior price.

Sumatra-Mandheling Estate (Blue)
These Indochina estate coffees are considered rare and extremely flavorful. Low acid, best when roasted very Dark as we always do. If you like a heavy French Roast with a wonderful flavor, this is it! We use in our Espresso Roast heavily, and that is why it is sooo popular. These coffees "green" have a blue tint to the bean and they are naturally low in acid (easier on the stomach). Blend with a medium roast for great variety.

SPECIAL Hawaiian Estate Reserve (Island: Kauai)
100% Reserve, the best of grades offered, not unlike its brother from the "Big Island" Kona, best at half the cost and no loss in flavor. We sell this coffee at just a few dollars over our other coffee offered and do a nice volume. We roast it medium and French roast and the smoothness of this coffee is outstanding. Only a few percent is considered Reserve Grade and we only buy Estate Reserve. We will blend with a mild at your requested percentages and make one of the finest blends (50/50 recommended) known. Commercial roasters will use the other 90% non-gourmet Kauai to brighten and upgrade their better coffees. Blend the medium roast with Costa Rica or Columbia for an extremely nice cup. Very low acid, naturally (highend-highest priced). We can flavor this Reserve for a really special gift to the real connoisseur on demand. Great large colorful labels, our best and most highly prized estate Arabica.

Decaffeinated Arabicas, Estate Grown, non-chemical CO2 process only. (other Coffees)

These are 100% non-chemical, estate decafs. We do not use Meth-chloride or Ethel-Acetate decaffeination. Our process is completely safe, extremely flavorful and process in this hemisphere, not Germany as so many of the chemical processes. We elect not to take the chance of selling chemical decafs and would advise strongly not to use anything but water or CO2 process for decaffeination. We generally use the Costa Rica Estate for our medium-dark non-flavored and flavored coffees. The Sumatra-Mandheling Estate will be roasted very dark and can be used as a French Roast or Espresso Decaf Roast, both superior coffees. Our clientele have told us they cannot tell our decafs from our non-Decaf (but I know) and we blend our prices with our other coffees as to allow us to offer a safer-more expensive decaffeinated at a reasonable price. I have never drank Decaf until these and I hope we can continue to buy. Price will be slightly higher (10%) than our non-decaffeinated Arabica.

Our Famous (House) Espresso Italiano Roast
Roasted to bring out the oils, very dark, no sissy medium espresso here! We sell this to many of our commercial accounts and they won't use anything else. Use in any machine, grind as to reflect your machines' instructions or use a drip maker of French Press. We blend only our finest coffees and I roast hot and long to drag all the flavor I can to the surface for an excellent old world flavor. Many of our customers drop a small amount in their medium roast and call it Breakfast, adds tons of flavor! Roaster's extreme, nice days.

Flavored Arabicas, in-house as is everything we do, are 100% gourmet beans and flavors, only Kosher certified flavorings, food-grade and done weekly in small amounts to insure constant rotation for freshness. We can flavor straight and decaffeinated beans from our list. Our caffienated coffee 1% caffeine, unlike "store coffee" at 3% but with 300% the flavor and quality. We bag everything in professional valved pouches, and will do the one half pound and 1 ½ oz size nearer to Christmas in many available flavors. Please allow us to do your Christmas mailings direct and fresh without any of the hassles.

For those mini-roaster out there with machines, we also sell green beans at a respectable discount. Please call for minimums and pricing, 254-933-2233 tele/fax.
